The Neighborhood Halloween Party!

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much to Tammy, Amber and EVERYONE who made to Halloween party such a wonderful success! Don't we have adorable Trick or Treaters! (If you want to make the pictures bigger, just click on them.) The food, drinks and desserts were delicous, and the kids had a great time playing games, jumping, and riding. What a blessing to live in a place with such friendly neighbors.

The Hay Ride.

Thank you Jimmy, Natalie and Bryan for the great Hay ride! We all enjoyed taking a little spin around the neighborhood. From what I understand, BINGO was the winner for song of the night. I think the adults enjoyed it as much as the kids.

The Dessert/ Contest

There were several more adorable pumpkins and desserts that I didn't capture on "film." Jen's white chocolate and marshamallow ghosts where so cute, but were all eaten by the time I got my camera back to them, and I think it was Rachelle's pumpkin that was so cute that I saw at the end of the night. If you have pictures, send them to me and I can post them too.

Oh, MY GOODNESS, the salads and desserts were delicious at LCR this month. Thank you so much Michelle for the wonderful idea and for hostessing this month. I think I probably say this every month, but every month, I mean it even more, we have the greatest neighborhood ever. What a friendly, welcoming, fun group of ladies. I am so thankful for everyone and their great ideas and sharing hearts.

Ice Cream Social/Rachelle & Danica's Shower's/LCR

Thank you so much Grace for hostessing this month! The conversation was amazing, and the ice cream and toppings were delicious. We enjoyed a time of oohing and gooing again as Rachelle and Danica opened a few gifts. I know Rachelle and Danica really enjoyed all the adorable gifts they recieved as much as we all enjoyed giving them!

Welcome Preston Wade!

Rachelle gave birth to a beautiful baby boy born on 7/11 at 11:07 a.m. and weighing 7 lbs 5 ozs and 19 1/4 inches long. They spent 4 days in the NICU, but are not home and doing great! Isn't he adorable. Congratulations Rachelle!

Salsa Night at Genena's House!

We had a great time eating Mexican dishes, drinking Margaritas and dancing a little Salsa with Fort Worth dance instructor, choreographer and performer Katie Seamans at Genena's home on Thursday night.

Katie gave us an hour long dance lesson before she headed out to her Thursday night dance instruction at Embargo in Fort Worth where Thursdays she teaches an hour long lesson and then the club heats up Cuban style! We all loved her dance shoes!

Thank you Genena and Katie for such a great treat! We had a great time! The food and Margaritas were delicious. I am so glad no one had a video camera to capture our fabulous dancing. What great exercise. Check out Danica dancing with her pregnant belly!

PS. Baby Ella and Mommy are now resting at home. They are doing really well! Thank God for beautiful babys! We can't wait to meet Rachelle's coming addition! It's a boy. Won't be long now!!

Many ladies have been taking meals to the Phillips, as Ella needed a little extra TLC in the NICU, and to give mom a chance to recover from preclampsia (google it, I can't explain.)

Isn't she beautiful. Kelli said she is doing great, and I know they are looking forward to having her home!

Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!

Thank you Danica this month for the Chocolate fix. We showered mommy to be Beth with gifts and food dipped in chocolate this month before our game of LCR.

Erin made the most adorable letters to hang in the baby's room to spell out the baby's name.

We all enjoyed the sweet, soft and of course pink gifts that Beth recieved. There were tons of oohs and goos from the crowd.

There is even another mommy to be in our midst. Congrats Michelle. We are going to be covered up with strollers in this neighborhood! What a blessing.

Surprise!

Kelli and Pattie organized a surprise baby shower for Erin before the May LCR game at Faye's house. It was really sweet. We realized that there were 5 pregnant women there!

Erin delivered a healthy, beautiful baby girl. Congratulations!
